Rivelare Community — 35 homes for Construtora Grantec

Construtora Grantec — Curitiba, Brazil — 2024 — 300 to 500 m² per home

Design of 35 homes at the Rivelare community, developed by Construtora Grantec in Curitiba. Each house, between 300 and 500 m², was customized for its buyer based on three contemporary architectural styles, giving every family its own identity without losing the coherence of the whole: massing, materials and landscaping speak to one another along the entire private street. The images below are posts published on Construtora Grantec's Instagram profile.

  • 35 homes from 300 to 500 m², customized per client
  • Three contemporary architectural styles as the design base
  • Coherent massing, materials and landscaping across the community
