Questions about our services
Frequently asked questions
Do you work outside of Curitiba?
Yes. The studio is based in Curitiba, but we develop projects throughout Brazil and abroad. On-site technical visits are scheduled according to the construction phase, and remote follow-up is carried out through reports, photos and online meetings.
How does construction follow-up work?
Follow-up is carried out through periodic, pre-scheduled visits, with photographic reports and guidance to the contractors. Caroline Bollmann attends the decisive stages to ensure the project is executed as planned.
Is it possible to hire just one stage of the project?
Yes. We offer stand-alone consultations, executive design, décor or construction follow-up independently. In the initial conversation we understand your needs and put together a tailor-made proposal.
How long does a complete project take?
Complete residential projects take between 4 and 8 months, depending on complexity and floor area. Smaller renovations can be designed in 2 to 3 months. The construction schedule is defined separately.
