What sets us apart

Healthy Architecture: four invisible pillars.

Every technical decision is organised around how the space affects the body — air, light, sound and nature.

Indoor Air Quality

Sized natural ventilation, controlled air renewal and carefully selected low-emission, low-VOC material specification. The air inside the home stops being an invisible detail and becomes a technical design criterion, assessed room by room.

Daylighting

Solar and circadian lighting studies drive openings, brise-soleil and window treatments. Daylight enters in the right measure at each hour of the day, without glare or excess heat gain, supporting sleep, mood and the body clock.

Acoustics

Silence treated as luxury: sealing details, absorbent ceilings, technical curtains and intelligent room distribution. The result is preserved privacy, real focus and a measurable reduction of the stress caused by constant urban noise.

Biophilia

Planting, water, stone, timber and framed outdoor views built into the architecture — not added as decoration. Nature indoors reduces mental fatigue, lifts mood and gives the built environment a sense of calm and belonging.

Understand the creative process

The Architect

Caroline Bollmann and a practice built on listening.

Architect and urban planner trained at UFPR (Brazil), with postgraduate studies at UPC Barcelona and a Master's degree in Environmental Comfort. For more than two decades she has led projects that begin by understanding routines, sensitivities and memories before a single line is drawn — and only move forward once the brief truly reflects how each client lives.

Holding the Healthy Building Certificate, Caroline translates environmental health evidence into concrete construction decisions: solar orientation, air renewal, acoustic performance and low-emission material specification. The outcome is restrained, timeless spaces designed around the wellbeing of the people who use them.
