The client's challenge

Make the most of the 300 m² of a penthouse in Curitiba to create an apartment that was both spacious and welcoming, integrating the living room, dining room and veranda without losing the intimate scale of the bedrooms. The brief called for natural wood, a neutral palette and a few touches of color, along with plenty of natural light and a view of the city.

The design solution

The project laid out the social spaces in a single large room, where the gray sofa defines the living area and the wood panels warm up the base. Large windows and translucent curtains filter natural light and expand the view, while the veranda becomes an extension of the living room. The pink armchair and green details bring personality without disrupting the serenity of the palette. The custom millwork organizes the TV, sideboards and visual service areas, keeping the volumes clean.

Penthouse F | P was designed for a couple who entertains frequently and values natural light. At 300 m² in Curitiba, the project explores the horizontality of the living room integrated with the veranda, amplifying the sense of space without sacrificing comfort.

Natural wood appears in the wall panels and millwork volumes, warming up the neutral base of light flooring and white ceilings. The gray sofa anchors the living area, while the pink armchair and plants add lightness and color in just the right places.

Natural light is the protagonist: large openings with translucent curtains ensure privacy without blocking the light, and the veranda becomes an extension of the interior space. The result is an apartment that seems to breathe together with the city.
