The client's challenge

The clinic had operated at the same address for years with a functional but uninviting interior: dated finishes, lighting with no comfort layering and a neutral atmosphere that did not reflect the care and currency of the treatment provided. The practitioner wanted a more sophisticated, quiet and pleasant space for staff and patients — and, since the clinic would need to close during construction, she required total schedule predictability and a trusted team.

The design solution

The interior design project redefined the experience of arriving and working there: layered LED lighting, wood in slatted panels and millwork, and a palette of light porcelain tile, dark marble and white brought to life with plants and tactile textures. Circulation among the reception, waiting room, powder room, support kitchen and treatment rooms was reorganized to flow with privacy, and every room received acoustic finishes and targeted lighting design to reduce visual and sound tension. With the clinic closed for 45 days, execution was handled by the studio's trusted, well-prepared team, coordinated daily by the architect, and delivered within the planned schedule — the studio's core commitment on every project.

The project began with a clear intent: to renew the interiors of a clinic that already worked well but felt the weight of the years. Rather than altering the floor plan, we worked with the interior repertoire — finishes, light, wood and furniture — and reorganized circulation so the space would become cozier for the team and more welcoming for patients.

The clinic remained closed for 45 days during construction, and this was precisely the critical point of the work: the studio's trusted, well-prepared team took on the simultaneous work fronts under the architect's daily coordination and delivered within the planned schedule — the studio's core commitment on every project. In the reception, slatted wood, indirect lighting and simple-lined furniture create a first impression of calm. The powder room, support kitchen and treatment rooms received easy-to-clean, highly durable materials, while directional LED lighting and acoustic finishes reduce glare and reverberation during procedures.

The choice of palette — light porcelain tile, white melamine laminate, natural wood, glass and touches of green — responds both to aesthetics and to the hygiene requirements of a commercial healthcare space. The result is an interior that feels new not just visually, but in the way it welcomes those who work there and those who come to be treated.
