The client's challenge

The project needed to bring together in 500 m² a contemporary home for a family that values privacy, natural light and living with the garden, on a lot that called for assertive volumes and visual integration with the surrounding vegetation, without opening too much to the street.

The design solution

The architectural composition arranges white and gray volumes at different heights, with floor-to-ceiling frames and a planted marquee that extends the garden to the second floor. The program distributes social areas integrated with the terrace and pool on the ground floor, while the master suite and the other suites occupy the upper floor with filtered views of the forest. Neutral materials, scenic lighting and oriented openings ensure thermal and acoustic comfort throughout the Curitiba year.

The residence's clean volume articulates white and gray volumes at different heights, creating a contemporary façade that stands out without competing with the lush surroundings.

Large window frames and the planted marquee ensure the transition between interior and exterior, bringing filtered natural light and air quality to the main spaces.

The design distributes social areas integrated with the terrace and pool on the ground floor and reserves the upper floor for the suites, with filtered views of the forest and privacy from the street.
