Design process

Work begins with a detailed survey of the property and a briefing about routines, collections, habits and entertaining. Then come layout studies, palette and material selection, lighting design, custom millwork, furniture, art and textile curation, and finally installation and final styling.

Personalization and materials

Every project has its own palette, built from the property's light and the client's preferences. Stones, woods, metals and fabrics are specified by name, prioritizing carefully selected low-emission materials and solutions that age well.

Lighting, millwork and integration with architecture

Lighting and millwork separate a well-resolved interior from one that only photographs well. The studio produces its own lighting design, coordinated with ceilings, electrical points and automation, and details millwork in construction drawings.

When architecture and interiors are commissioned together, these decisions start at the preliminary study — as in Residence B | T, whose interiors grew alongside the architecture.

Supervision

The studio follows execution with site visits, vendor coordination and dimensional checks before millwork and custom furniture go into production.
