How the process works

It starts with an introductory conversation, at no cost, to understand the program, daily routines, expectations and budget. From there the work moves through detailed briefing, preliminary study, design development, full construction documentation and site supervision.

Every stage is presented in person or by video call, with drawings, references and material samples at hand.

Caroline Bollmann's involvement

Caroline Bollmann is an architect and urban planner trained at UFPR, with graduate studies in Barcelona (Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya), a master's degree from UFPR and an international Healthy Building certificate. She leads the concept, approves the documentation and follows construction herself.
